From a developers point of view Polarion ALM is so much better than Atlassian Jira ...
It's easy to see that in Jira a lot of functionality was added to an issue tracker while Polarion ALM was designed as a complete ALM ground up.
Even if i did some Polarion administration in the past and know about some limitations and strange config tasks & methods, it's functionality as an ALM tool is far ahead of Jira.
Moaning as a current Jira user .....
